How to apply to participate in ARTS 2012

Deadline for receipt of applications: 21 November 2011

2. Download and complete the forms described below. The forms are all Word documents which you can download and edit. In addition provide your Curriciulum Vitae and a Letter of Support as separate documents.

• Application Form
  Complete the form and save it with the filename: ARTS-your name-Application (example: if your name is Obama, use the file name: ARTS-Obama-Application)
• Personal Statement and CV Form
  Use this form to desribe your qualifications, relevant experience and interests in relation to the seminar you wish to attend. Save the completed form with the filename: ARTS-your name-Statement
• Your Curriculum Vitae
  Please include your Curriculum Vitae, providing details of your education, employment and research experience. Save your CV as a Word or PDF document with the filename:  ARTS-your name-CV
• Letter of Support
  Please provide a letter of support from the University or Organization where you are based, or from a National Organization of Psychology. The letter of support should confirm that the details you have provided in the application are accurate, that the Organization supports your attendance at ARTS and at the Congress you wish to attend, and that you will be in a position to share knowledge when you return home. Please save the letter of support with the filename: ARTS-your name-Support
• Travel Assistance Form
  Only complete this form if you wish to apply for funding to support your travel to and from Stellenbosch in South Africa. Please provide information on your itinerary and on the cheapest available means of transport. Also include information on other sources of funding which you are able to apply for. Note that the limited funds available mean that we can only provide a contribution towards your travel, not the full cost. Save the completed form with the filename: ARTS-your name-Travel
• Checklist form
  Use this form to confirm that you have completed all the necessary documents for your application and to confirm that you accept the conditions of attendance if you are selected to participate in ARTS. Save the completed form with the filename: ARTS-your name-Cover

3. Once you have completed all your application documents (four completed forms, your Curriciulum Vitae and Letter of Support), send them as email attachments to the ARTS Coordinator:
