Commission of Psychologists in Belgium

The Belgian Commission of Psychologists is a public authority that is part of the federal government. It is the competent authority for all psychologists in Belgium. Its mandate explicitly includes the following two tasks:

• To keep a list of those who are entitled to carry the title “psychologist”
• To advise the competent Ministers concerning all matters related to the title of psychologist

In Belgium there is legal protection of the title of "psychologist".
