The Japanese Association of Educational Psychology is the oldest of the specialized psychological organizations founded after World War II. It is open to those who are trained in educational psychology, including graduate students and schoolteachers. Two periodicals are published, the Japanese Journal of Educational Psychology (quarterly) and the Annual Report of Educational Psychology, both in Japanese. There is an annual general convention.
