The Association of Japanese Clinical Psychology was founded in 1982. Members are principally qualified practitioners in clinical psychology but include theorists admitted with appropriate recommendation. The association publishes the Journal of Japanese Clinical Psychology (quarterly) and a Newsletter (three issues a year), both in Japanese. There is an annual general convention.
