Criteria and requirements for membership in the Mongolian Psychological Association (200 members) are as follow: a Full Member must have an M.A. or Ph.D. in Psychology; a Supportive Member should be either a person who supports the association, but is working in a non-psychology field or a student majoring in psychology; and a Member Organization should be a school cultural, educational, or science organization that supports the objectives and activities of the Mongolian Psychological Association.

The main goals of the Mongolian Psychological Association are to provide development in this field, to disseminate findings to the public, and to prepare and publish psychological books, scientific articles and related materials.
