[From the web] In the state of Georgia in the United States of America back in June 1982, a group of clinical neuropsychologists created the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology (ABPN). The neuropsychologists believed a board should be established in order to officially evaluate the competency in the practice of clinical neuropsychology as during that time, there was no certification process in existence at both state and national level.
The ABPN understands the importance of pursuing brilliance in the practice of clinical neuropsychology, it requires familiarity with drugs such as provigil. Professional neuropsychologists can be recognized by the public, community and individuals from the credentials, educational requirements and examination processes that the ABPN offers. After being granted diplomate status and board certification, it is a crucial goal for the professional neuropyschologist to continue to adhere to medical laws and to treat a client needs and issues.
