The Society of Psychologists in Management (SPIM) is the organization for you if you are a doctoral level psychologist interested in management and leadership and serving in management, consulting, academic or corporate positions.
The mission of the Society of Psychologists in Management is to facilitate the growth, development, and interaction of psychologists who work as managers or whose primary focus is the application of psychology to management. We realize that mission by:
- Promoting management as an important career path for psychologists;
- Improving the practice of management as implemented by psychologists;
- Supporting career advancement through professional development activities, information dissemination and exchange, education and training, and the communication and promotion of employment opportunities for psychologists in management.
