The first Scandinavian Meeting of Psychologists was held in Oslo. About 400 psychologists from Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway attended. Presiding officer Harald Schjelderup addressed the gathering on the importance of psychology in winning the war and consolidating the peace.
