1950 - First Latin-American Congress of Psychology

The First Latin-American Congress of Psychology was held in Montevideo, Uruguay under the aegis of the Center of Psychological Studies, Montevideo. The president of the congress was Waclaw Radecki. It is of interest to note that a later First Latin American Congress of Psychology was held in 2005 in San Pablo, Brazil.
