On 21st February, the American Psychological Association Council of Representatives approved the establishment of APA Division 52 (International Psychology). Ernst G. Beier was the division's president pro tem. Florence Denmark was president-elect pro tem and the liaison to the APA Board of Representatives was Frances Culbertson.
