1951 - Interamerican Society of Psychology (SIP) founded

The Interamerican Society of Psychology (ISP) was founded during the Fourth International Congress on Mental Health in Mexico City. Eduardo Krapf of Argentina was the first president of the organization. Werner Wolff of Bard College was instrumental in forming the ISP.
