The Eurasian Journal of Educational Research, published in Ankara, Turkey by Ani Publishing, was established. The journal publishes articles in the fields of educational policy and practice, and research that links the two. Veysel Sönmez of Hacettepe University (Ankara) was the journal's founding editor.
