This presentation focuses on psychology in Lebanon. In addition to providing archival and interview material on the history of psychology in the country, the actual situation of the psychology discipline in the form of diversity in qualification, theoretical orientation, and training will be depicted. Finally, the academic and practice challenges confronting the Lebanese psychological community, and its outlook for the future will be discussed. |
