Reasons given by female college students for refusing sports activity practice and its relation with some variables

Copy The study aimed to reveal reasons for refusing sports activity practice in female college students, and its relation with some variables (social, economical and religious) and the condition of habitat (rural or urban).

The researcher used the descriptive method, and included the population of Sudanese female college students (public and private). The sample reached the number of 300 students from different universities and the sample has been selected randomly. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect primary information and to reveal the reasons for refusing sports activity practice in female college students. The results showed that the reasons for refusing sports activity practice in female college students are related to social, economical and religious factors.
