Applying "quality concept" to education |

The continuous amelioration is one of the foundations of the comprehensive quality management, and it is represented by continuous effort to ameliorate performance. The goal of these efforts is to ameliorate inputs and operations that transform the inputs to outputs.
The present study aims to develop the administrative system, and to clarify the roles and responsibilities, and to increase the educational skills, and the performance level of all administrators, and teachers in this field. It also aims to promote the students in the physical, mental, psychological and spiritual side. The process of creating quality in education is one the effective ways to establish rules of quality in the nation in order to transfer it to an important part of the society.
Based on our experience inside and outside Sudan, we try to answer the question: how can quality system be applied on education? The goal of this study is to focus on administrative quality in early education as a strategy that can offer services that statify the employees inside or outside the institution. Besides, the introduction of the concept of quality in the educational curriculums and activities contributes in realizing the targeted outcome on the social and individual level. |
