Based on the number of cases in the clinic at the Psychology Unit, the percentage of psychological disorders has increased during the last period among students. This could be related to the increase of awareness in the students, which made them seek help at the Psychology Unit. Before that the old negative view on Psychology was preventing them from going to the clinic.
This research covered a total of 300 students who came to the clinic in the last year. The cases have been divided according to different categories: the college, the psychological disorder, and other number of variables.
The importance of this research resides in the fact that it covers the nature, the dimension and the types of psychological disorders. |
