Copy To compare the war combatant and noncombatant students on educational achievement measures; 1069 respondents' educational profiles(half combatants and half noncombatants) were analysed. The results indicated that the general average score of the combatant students (11.96) was significantly lower than that of noncombatants (13.18). The findings also showed that the average number of credits failed was higher among the combatant students and these students (combatants)were more dismissed than their noncombatant counterparts. It is suggested that the educational abilities of the combatant students should be actualized through various procedures. Also giving "useless" educational advantages to them may be detrimental for their educational efficacy.
