Copy Emotional Intelligence and its components such as impulse control and caring for others is briefly mentioned as a useful device serving citizens of the 21st century in conflict resolution, tolerating diversities in people and cultures, and soling problems. Personal boundaries, the sense of what is "Other" and what is "Self", and Meaning Making, from the neo-Piagetian view of Robert Kegan from Harvard University, are shortly discussed, and compared with Sufism in Islam and Love in Christianity. The Evolving Self becomes differentiated from its "impulses" and needs, instead of being embedded in them. Also in cognitive framework, the religious beliefs are considered as personal resources for Coping with Stress, and Conflict Resolution through appraisals of stress. Very briefly it is mentioned how in our empirical study, Religion was mentioned as an effective coping strategy by adolescents in Iran during the war years. The article concludes on suggesting further studies for defining the necessary competences for the new generation living in Global World. Also the Social Emotional Learning Programs are suggested for the Regional Countries According to their cultural and religious backgrounds.
