Copy It became important for institutions and organizations to use effective methods in selecting applicants for jobs. Many methods for choosing employees have been known throughout history, and the oldest methods are the interview, and the professional and personality tests.

This paper discusses the possibility for use of autobiography reports in professional employment. It is known currently that autobiography reports are used in classification and sorting the applicants' skills for a job, and this is what is known for "screening". But many ignore its importance as an essential tool for choosing and not only to help selecting a candidate.

We will focus in this paper on the analysis of the relation between the autobiography reports of actual female employees in one of the medicine factories (Amifarma limited factory), and their professional performance. We assume in this paper that the autobiography reports for the employees depend on the level of performance of these employees.

Proving such dependence will enable recruitment supervisors to determine personal, social and psychological traits that are related to the job of these female employees in that factory, and thus we will be able to use this tool (autobiography) for employees recruitment purposes.
