Relationship between hyperthyroidism and anxiety

Copy The research aimed to study the nature of the relation between hyperthyroidism on one hand, and anxiety on another; and to determine the nature of the relation between hyperthyroidism and ages; as it focused as well on determining the difference between the 2 genders in developing hyperthyroidism and anxiety.

The research is co-relational. It resulted in the presence of a positive correlation between hyperthyroidism and anxiety. No significant relation appeared between hyperthyroidism and age. Also no differences appeared among types of anxiety, and it is recommended to in invest in future studies for determining and uncovering relations between Psychological and organic disorders, and for finding new ways of treatment and prevention for such disorders.
