  1. There will be significant relationship between adjustment and occupational aspiration.
  2. There will be significant relationship between adjustment and life satisfaction.
  3. There will be significant relationship between motivational pattern and adjustment.
  4. There will be significant relationship between motivational pattern and occupational aspiration.
Intellectually superior students mostly are satisfied and motivated in many ways; by everyday happenings that give satisfaction, by external compulsions, by a sense of duty, by derive to make good impression on people, by a goal in life, by satisfaction in doing a worth while role and by enjoyment of the work itself and their own competing. Among engineering student occupational aspiration is positively correlated with health (r=–0.143, sig. at < 0.05 level), will stop him/her from working, and without work no development/progress can take place. The reality lies in the fact that to become happy, wise and successful one has to be academically superior, motivated to achieve and healthy.
