PsycEXTRA® http://www.apa.org/pubs/databases/psycextra/index.aspx
PsycEXTRA is database that supplies a wide variety of credible information in psychology, behavioral science, education and health. Most of the coverage is material written for professionals and disseminated outside of peer-reviewed journals. This information includes publications issued by government agencies, private research institutes, psychology labs, corporations, scientific societies, disorder-related organizations, and more. This is considered the “gray literature” and is of important use to a wide variety of consumers, including psychologists, clinicians, policy-makers, researchers, students, and health and education professionals.
Organizations that have content relevant to psychology and behavior may submit it for possible inclusion in PsycEXTRA. Information in PsycEXTRA includes a link to the submitting organization’s web site. Paper documents submitted for inclusion are scanned free of charge, and the organization receives a free, digitized archival copy that may be disseminated. Inclusion in PsycEXTRA provides archival and indexed retrieval.
