- to develop a comprehensive funding and fundraising strategy bearing in mind strategic priorities for the Union
- to review long, medium and short term prospects for funding for the Union, and to assist the Union in seeking immediate funding for designated short term projects
- to oversee the International Psychology Development Fund and to develop and disseminate advertising materials, and pledge materials for the fund
