The Standing Committee on Membership and Communications supports IUPsyS in strengthening relationships with its National Members, Regional Members and Affiliates, while enhancing communication, engagement and the international visibility of the Union.
Working closely with the Secretariat and IUPsyS leadership, the Committee seeks to ensure that membership and communication activities respond to Members’ needs and contribute to the Union’s wider strategic priorities.

2024–2026
During the 2024–2026 biennium, the Committee continued to strengthen IUPsyS membership administration and communication, with particular attention to improving the accuracy of membership information and developing more effective channels for engagement.
Key activities included:

Continuously reviewing and updating National Member records through the Union’s cloud-based membership repository.
- Updating membership mailing lists and strengthening direct communications with Members through Mailchimp.

Reviewing the IUPsyS Bulletin and considering options for its future development.

Contributing to preparations for the 31st International Congress of Applied Psychology.

Developing new communications materials, including brochures and flyers.

Supporting the translation of IUPsyS position statements into multiple languages to improve their accessibility and international reach.
Across its work, the Committee continues to focus on building a more connected and inclusive IUPsyS membership community, improving communication between the Union and its Members, and strengthening the visibility and accessibility of IUPsyS activities internationally.
