Terms Of Reference
- To review statements concerning the principles of free participation, non-discrimination, free circulation of scientists and other relevant statements, and consider how these principles are expressed in the mission statements, statutes, policy statements of other analogous organizations.
- To make a proposal for how the Union should indicate its support for these principles (e.g. through incorporation to the Union mission statement, through a policy statement, through adherence to the policy or mission statements of superordinate bodies e.g. ICSU)
