2019 World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day is observed annually on 10 October, to raise awareness of and improve mental health around the world. This year the focus is on suicide prevention. Organised by the World Federation for Mental Health, supported by inter alia WHO, the International Association for Suicide Prevention, United for Global Health, and IUPsyS.
