IUPsyS pays tribute to the victims of the transatlantic slave trade. The United Nations General Assembly Resolution 62/122 established the Outreach Programme on the transatlantic slave trade and slavery and also designated 25 March as the annual International Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Slavery and the Transatlantic Slave Trade.
